Photos and recordings at events
Our events are often photographed, filmed and recorded for the ClubHouse Sessions podcast, social media and promotion. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in this content. If you would prefer not to be featured, tell our team on the day or contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect that.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, online store platform, email provider and Eventbrite. They may use it only to provide services to us.

- Sponsors, only when you choose to hear from them, for example by entering a sponsor giveaway.
- Authorities and advisers, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
- A successor business, if Club House Brand is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings. - know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising;
